Shelves pull easily. Easy to access most foods from shelves.Freezer is well designed, but immovable department dividers prevent some uses. Also, getting the freezer drawers out to clean is almost impossible. You should go back to the old design!

When I bought it, I never realized how big it was. We had to remove two upper cupboards, as it was so tall. However, when family comes over, the entire refrigerator is filled. Leftovers fit! And the food is always kept at the right temperature.

This one has A LOT of room in the refrigerator. The only problem is that the door swings ALL THE WAY OPEN and hits the wall. My last one would stop when I let go of the handle. I was told by AMANA that this model DOES NOT have an ADJUSTABLE DOOR STOP like other models. How much more would it cost to put one in at the factory??

Replacement for 24 Year Old Amana

We placed our "old" Amana bottom freezer refrigerator with the same brand and configuration . The new one does not have a swing out freezer door with storage which I miss. The dividers in the drawers in the freezer were hard to remove. I went on youtube.com and watched a video and basically had to break the dividers to get them out. Once that was done, we loaded the freezer and refrigerator and are back in business. I hope that the new Amana lasts as long as the old one.

We are especially impressed with the Amana Customer Service line where we have addressed several questions in these first few weeks of ownership. The people at Amana answer the phone quickly and provide complete and excellent information about questions a new owner may have. We are very pleased with the ability to reach directly into our refrigerator for everything and not to have to bend any longer to get to fruits and vegetables like we did for too many years with our last box. It is a pleasure to be able to open the door and have everything in front of us. The freezer on the bottom is a wise choice for both the room it provides and the ability to have more space in the refrigerator area. So far, very pleased!

We bought this model when our old side-by-side was on the way out. This model provides an incredible amount of storage space in the refrigerator section, and adequate freezer space. It takes some getting used to the lower freezer unit, but doesn't present a problem. We are anxious to see how the Energy Star rating affects the electricity consumption. Overall, we are quite happy with the product at this early date since installation.

i bought this refrigerator specifically because i wanted a bottom freezer in white and that product is hard to find. i love the refrigerator/freezer but it seems to be extremely cold even on the warmest setting. also i hear a ticking noise, perhaps it's the defroster, i don't know. food does stay fresh.

The frig and freezer stay very cold. I was disappointed in that it doesn't seem to have wheels ( so it can't be leveled) and that it is much smaller than my old side by side.Also the bins are smaller.Just thought it would have been bigger inside. Also there was no ice maker and had to order it separately.

I just purchased a bottom mount freezer unit to replace a 18 yr old one. this one is brighter inside controls are easy to use and adjust. Only thing it seems like the freezer is not as big less storage with no indoor storage like the swing open unit but all in all great unit

My Amana Refrigerator purchase DPKoller

This is the second Amana Refrigerator we purchased. The first one lasted 22 years. You cannot beat that kind of quality. At this point I am very satisfied with my purchase. I have two comments for your design department however. First there were no Ice cube trays with my product. This would have been helpful. Two, the fruit and vegetable drawers don't slide properly. This should be improved.

Love the features and how quiet it is.

We purchased our Amana - 22 cu. ft. Bottom-Freezer Refrigerator with Large Capacity in January of 2015. We love all the features especially the humidity controlled crisper's. We also love the fact that everything inside is interchangeable, but most of all we love, love ,love how quiet it is. If your not standing right next to it you can't hear if it running.

Easy to organize

I bought this refrigerator 2 1/2 months ago and I love it. It is easy to see everything on the shelves, in the drawers, and on the door compartments. It has a large capacity.

Fit my needs

This refrigerator replaced the same Make and model that lasted 9 years. Hope this one last that long or longer. Quieter than the model it replaced. Lacked soda can rack of former model and did not have a rack for an ice cube tray. I wish the freezer section had dividers that were more easily moveable.

Awesome refrigerator!

I bought this the end of December. It runs QUIET. The lighting makes it easy to see everything in it. It is actually less cubic feet than the one it replaced, but somehow seems to hold more. I think it's the way it's designed. All I can say is it is awesome! You have to get one of these to understand. It holds a ton of stuff and it organizes it wonderfully! I am extremely glad I bought this. Oh and for the price....you can't beat the made in America part......

Love the wide spaces and easy to get things in and out. Only drawback is the height of the door space for items that are a little taller.

Love the freezer on the bottom

I am very happy with the refrigerator that I purchased. It is very energy efficient and I love the size. I love that the shelves are repositionable. I like the freezer on the bottom, too.
