I got this for Xmas from my son where I was visiting for 2 weeks. This is so useful we washed it and put it away ready for the trip home about a dozen times. I used it to chop and even mix batter. Smooths anything out in a heartbeat, like cream cheese or butter, doesn't even have to be softened. Such a great product! One problem...it is difficult to clean the inside shaft of the blades if food gets in there.
